Last year, at the age of 56, after having been introduced to the benefits of supplements just 10 months earlier, I ran my first ever marathon - The London Marathon - in April, and the Great Northern Run in October.
I applied to enter both runs again this year, but was not accepted for The London Marathon, and I waited for a reply in respect of the Great Northern Run. Whilst waiting, I did a little running, but not as much as I should, and I was struggling to run more than a mile without stopping! Two weeks before the run, on my return from holiday, I heard that my application had been accepted.
This gave me very little time to properly prepare for the half-marathon, and was of course not the ideal situation. However, I decided to run and, as I was already taking MAXIMOL and REVENOL, I decided to supplement these with MING GOLD and VMM. This enabled me to increase my running over the following two weeks so much so that on Sunday, October 10th I completed my second Great Northern Run, without any difficulty, and amazingly, no after effects!
I have just applied for next year's London Marathon - but I won't leave the training so late this time - despite the tremendous benefits of the Neways products.
